Advanced Ticket Sales

Download the form for Advance Ticket Sales and turn in to the parish or school office. Tickets will be held in the school office for pick up or placed in the Will Call box at the fair for weekend pick up. (Be sure to indicate your preference.)  We will also be selling tickets after each mass on Sept. 24/25 and October 1/2.  Butler ride tickets are only $20 per booklet in advance and will be $30 when purchased at the fair.  The discounted price is only available prior to the beginning of the fair. St Mary's receives a greater benefit from Butler tickets purchased in advance as well.   The ticket order form also includes tickets for the Vendor Show, Car Raffle, Kid's Night In, Spaghetti Dinner, the Pancake Breakfast, the Sunday Chicken Dinner and more. Don't miss out!


Vendor Show and Pantry Preview PartyCome to the Pantry Preveiw!

The fun begins tomorrow night at 6:00 PM with The Vendor Show and Country Store Preview Party. Call your girlfriends, tweet and post to your Facebook pages. The more the merrier and even better. You will not want to miss the food, drinks, music and great shopping. Start your Christmas shopping early or simply treat yourself to a nice gift! At the same time, please come check out the St. Mary’s Country Store. Doors will open at 6 PM for early bird shopping opportunities! The St. Mary's Country Fair will be held this October 7,8 & 9th!!  It is a great weekend for the entire Parish to come together for food, fun and rides galore!!

The 2011 St. Mary's Country Fair Art Contest WINNER!!!  Thank youIt's time for the St. Mary Country Fair Art Contest to all those students who participated in the Country Fair Art Contest!  The winner is Jan Heiss, a 3rd grader at St. Mary's School.  Look for his artwork on the cover of the Country Fair Program and T shirts.  Runners up are Scotia Tobin, 6th grade St. Mary, Nicola Kaminski, 3rd grade Blossom Hill, and Mariana Antaya 4th grade St. Mary.


New Business Chair

The Country Fair Chairs would like to thank Jeri Antonio for accpeting the Business Chair position for this year's Country Fair!  We are so grateful for her help!! Our first Country Fair meeting will be Wednesday May 11th, 7PM in Hoffmann Center.  All meetings will be held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7PM except for the month of July.  Please save the dates!!!  For more info please contact Lisa Fanslau and Anne Milligan at fair_chairs@stmaryslg.org
